FIELD: portable electric tools. SUBSTANCE: drive unit includes rotation electric drive joined through driving shaft with double-stage reduction gear having outlet shaft with spindle or with chuck. Said reduction gear is in the form of ball type reducer with rocking washer. First stage of reducer is formed by means of annular races made on of mutually turned ends of driving shaft and rocking washer joined one with another by means of one ball. Second stage of reducer is formed by means of annular groove made on lateral surface of rocking washer joined with race periodically bent in axial direction and formed on end of outlet shaft through ball string. The last is arranged in lengthwise grooves with semicircular cross section on inner surface of outer ring joined with housing of drive. EFFECT: lowered size and noise level, improved strength and reliability of drive unit of electric tool. 2 cl, 2 dwg
