METHOD TO MANUFACTURE POLYMERIC MATERIALS MATRICES Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: production of durable polymeric matrices. SUBSTANCE: invention is dealt with manufacture of durable polymeric moulds.. The method provides for application of a face layer of a hardened polymeric material on a model and its partial hardening. As the hardening polymeric material they use a material on the basis of the organosilicon rubber. At that the face layer is applied at least twice so that the a previous layer is 1.5-2 times thicker than the following one. Then they execute placing of an interlayer made of a reinforcing cloth impregnated with the indicated polymeric material and hardening, placing a layer of a glass-fiber material at the presence of polyester resin, final hardening and removal of the matrix from the model. The manufactured matrix is used to produce items made form use for obtaining items by the contact molding. EFFECT: The invention allows to reduce cost of the matrix production with preservation of quality of an imitated surface. 6 cl
