SUBSTANCE: composite for production of bitter liqueur comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product, kg: glycerol, 0.3-0.5; diquertin, 0.1-0.5; ascorbic acid, 0.1-0.5; lemon oil 1:100, 0.01-0.015; orange oil 1:100, 0.01-0.015; black currant tincture, 0.01-0.015; 65.8% sugar syrup, 8-10; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified water, the balance, as measured for blend strength 40%. Proposed invention allows preparing bitter liqueur enriched with complex of supplements, expanding assortment of liqueur composites with supplements reducing alcohol effect on human body. Liqueur has bitter taste and fruit-vegetable freshness tint, sweet-nut after taste, complex aroma with black currant tint.
