FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisms with flexible links which have found wide application. Proposed mechanisms contains carriage 6 with rollers 7 on opposite ends engaging with flexible member 5 passing over drive roller 9. Carriage rest on base through rollers 3 and 8 secured on base 1 and end of carriage 6. With roller 9 rotating, one of spans of flexible member 5 is wound off drive roller and other span is wound on which causes traveling of carriage as ends of flexible member 5 are secured on base. EFFECT: simplified design of mechanism, enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg
