FIELD: construction engineering; erection and operation of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: prior to screwing load- bearing rod into blind threaded hole of plug stopper, it is provided with holder with sector keys mounted on upper edge stopper. Case mounted on holder keeps sector keys from falling-out under action of spring-loaded pushers engageable with sector keys. Gate of valve is opened at end face of object, load-bearing rod is lowered together with plug and holder and sector keys into inner cavity of object to groove made in it; at moment of coincidence of sector keys with groove under action of spring-loaded pushers, they are set in groove locking the plug.
