FIELD: medical equipment, namely apparatuses for beam therapy at intratissular or intracavitary sounding for planning beam therapy procedure. SUBSTANCE: ionization irradiation detector includes rigid body in which selenium photocell optically coupled with scintillator through shield glass is arranged. Said photocell is electrically connected through its contacts connected to wire conductors with electronic unit having indicator. Central contact is in the form of ball coated with layers formed by selenium photocell, shield glass, scintillator and rigid body and being in the form of mutually engaged hollow spheres. Said spheres have openings for passing wire conductors to contacts. Rigid body is made of material transparent for X-ray and light irradiations. EFFECT: possibility for performing rotation type X-ray or gamma-ray therapy under control of working beam by means of pickups with spherical beam pattern. 3 dwg
