SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing billet in charging zone in inductor over casting mold; performing evacuation and induction melting of billet; as billet melts melt flows down to casting mold; simultaneously filing casting mold and compacting melt in it; sustaining temperature of melt in casting mold higher than melt crystallization temperature; cooling cast piece in air together with casting mold.
EFFECT: lowered power consumption, improved quality of cast products.
