Abstract RU 2220283 C1

FIELD: oil production, operative estimation of product discharge of oil and gas condensate wells in systems of sealed gathering. SUBSTANCE: process includes determination of filling time of calibrated volume of measuring vessel with well product, of hydrostatic pressure when height of liquid column by oil, water and gas are known on basis of generated data and known densities of oil and stratal water contained in well product. Measuring vessel is filled under pressure of collector with nonseparated well product in absence of gas release and mixing with other media, it is compressed till saturation pressure is achieved. After compression volume of well product and hydrostatic pressure are measured and then content of measuring vessel is pushed from measuring vessel into collector completely. Quantities of fluid and gas in well product are evaluated by obtained values of volumes before and after compression. While computing oil yield mass of gas that can be released from oil under rated conditions is subtracted from mass of oil established after well product compression. Curves of outgassing of depth samples are utilized while computing gas flow rate on basis of measured volume of gas which was contained in measuring vessel in composition of well product under collector pressure. Gear for realization of process includes measuring vessel of calibrated volume strapped in pipe-line fittings and equipped with gauges of its filling, hydrostatic and excessive pressures, thermometer and timer. Measuring vessel can change its working volume as soon as well product is supplied, pressure inside vessel can be adjusted as it is filled from values of collector pressure and well product compression to saturation pressure, it can come in the form of unit incorporating hydraulic cylinder with plunger, press for movement of plunger and adjusted single-acting shock-absorber coupled to plunger of hydraulic cylinder.
