FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil recovery and can be used for measuring density of liquid in the products of oil and gas condensate wells by means of debit measuring apparatus of hydrostatic action. The technical result is reached by implementation of debit measuring apparatus of hydrostatic action, in which the functions of the upper and lower level sensors in the measuring vessel is combined by hydrostatic pressure sensors. The method includes measuring and correlation of the value of hydrostatic pressure with the liquid column height obtained by appropriate liquid level sensors. Filling of the measuring vessel is not stopped till the readings of the hydrostatic pressure indicator are not stabilised.
EFFECT: higher quality of measurements of density cost saving and reduction of the size of separating elements and material consumption.
