FIELD: oil production, particularly survey of boreholes or wells.
SUBSTANCE: method involves filling measuring vessel having calibrated volume with partly separated well product for predetermined time interval after flushing thereof with well product with gas pipeline communicated with collector and with closed liquid discharge pipeline, wherein the time interval is set from maximal device output; terminating vessel filling operation when the set time is up; holding partly separated well product in vessel up to gas bubble disappearance and foam sinking; measuring liquid column height, hydrostatic pressure and temperature and calculating liquid, oil and water output; resuming measuring vessel filling with well product with closed gas pipeline and opened liquid pipeline communicated with collector; determining measurement vessel unloading rate and excessive pressure; calculating gas output from the unloading rate and excessive pressure; treating well product with chemical reagents inside level sensor tank and heating thereof. The output is calculated with taking into consideration amount of liquid remaining in separator-measuring vessel system after vessel flushing with well product at the beginning of measurement operation. Amount of liquid remaining in separator-measuring vessel system may be determined by interpolation method with the use of several reference values obtained during measuring device designing and testing or may be measured for each well after termination of separator filling with well product simultaneously with well product discharge from measuring vessel. Device comprises horizontal gas separator and vertical calibrated measuring vessel provided with pipeline fittings. Level sensor is installed in tank communicated with measuring vessel and is adapted to detect any liquid level. Device also has hydrostatic and excessive pressure sensors, thermometer, timing means and flow shifting means, which communicate gas pipelines of separator and measuring vessel. Device includes collector and liquid discharge pipeline, which drains liquid from measuring vessel. Pipeline fittings may shift flow from well to collector and in reverse direction. Device additionally has chemical reagent proportioning means for metered chemical reagent supply into level sensor tank. Level sensor tank content is heated with heating system.
EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy and stability, decreased metal consumption.
