SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of formulating demands for selecting: equipment, channels according to total number of testing stimulae, controlled and non-controlled outer stimulae, combination of information parameters on base of relation between quality factor of controlled object W and design of system channels; according to given relation determining hardware structure of channels; demands for dynamic range of measuring parameters; defining structure of hardware of channels; receiving partial criteria of accuracy of channels of measuring system; defining variants of types of transition characteristics of channels. Method is realized with use of iteration during several stages and several cycles until providing predetermined characteristics of synthesized measuring system. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, reliability of systems.
