SUBSTANCE: one should isolate large subcutaneous vein with the help of one incision to be performed in inguinal area at the level of inflow of large subcutaneous vein into femoral one. Then it is necessary to introduce a catheter into proximal end of large subcutaneous vein for minimal length by providing the chance to fix catheter in venous lumen. Sclerosant should be introduced under excessive pressure retrogradely. Moreover, simultaneously one should perform smoothing movements along large subcutaneous vein in distal direction. In peculiar case, minimal length for catheter's introduction that provides the chance for catheter's fixation in venous lumen corresponds to 5-7 cm. In peculiar case, simultaneously with introducing sclerosant one should apply 1%-polydocaine solution ranged 18.0-20.0 ml. The innovation provides sclerosing in varicosis-altered veins with destroyed valvular apparatus only, lower traumatism of operative interference, partial and short-time nature of failed capacity for work.
