FIELD: medicine; biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: donor somatic human cell representing a mesenchymal stem cell is obtained. An oocyte of a pig is obtained and cultivated. Then a kernel is removed from oocyte and a kernel of a donor somatic cell is transferred to it. There is also proposed the stem human cell obtained by the proposed method.

EFFECT: obtaining of hybrid human stem cells with a genetic set identical to that of the patient, where probability of occurrence of immune incompatibility is excluded during use in regenerative therapy.
