FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has coating from biological material. The biological fibers are interlaced so that the coating is produced. The fibers are arranged at an angle to longitudinal stent axis. The angle increases when opening the stent. Another embodiment involves winding pericardium strip as spiral over the supporting stent when the stent is not open. The stent opening, the strip unrolls retaining the whole stent surface coating. The strip optionally has adhesive edges to retain the stent surface coating. EFFECT: prevented stenosis progress; increased diameter for delivering stent. 14 cl, 7 dwg
