SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Heart valve prosthesis which can be attached to a natural valve leaflet comprises a valve stent and a valve clamping and fixing device connected to the valve stent. Valve clamping and fixing device comprises a clamping mechanism and a fastening ring. Proximal end of the clamping mechanism is connected to the valve stent. Far end of the clamping mechanism is free. At least part of the fastening ring is located on the clamping mechanism. Fastening ring is configured to lift the natural valve leaflet after the valve stent is installed in place. Valve stent and the valve clamping and fixing device are configured to clamp at least one of the natural valve leaflet and tendon chord tissue between the valve stent and the valve clamping and fixing device. Fastening ring is configured to clamp the valve stent after the valve stent is in place. Fastening ring is connected to the clamping mechanism. Clamping mechanism comprises at least one clamping lever. Heart valve prosthesis additionally comprises a sealing device. Sealing device comprises adaptive segment and thrust segment.

EFFECT: reduced risk of tissue compression around valve ring and prevention of excessive tension of tendon chords.
