The area under study is irradiated in spectral bandwidth of 620-650 nm. Photosensitizing agent fluorescence intensity distribution over the area is carried out in spectral bandwidth of 760-780 nm. Normalizing agent fluorescence intensity distribution over the area is carried out in spectral bandwidth of 730-745 nm. Fluorescence intensity normalization is carried out by means of formula where I is the normalized fluorescence intensity, Ifl is the fluorescence intensity in spectral bandwidth of 760-780 nm, In is the fluorescence intensity in spectral bandwidth of 730-745 nm.
