SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for production of bags from a sleeve and to a device for its implementation. In method for fabrication of bags from sleeve (1) made from fabric, flat fabric (1) made of cloth is supplied from device for unwinding of sleeve or device for formation of sleeve on cutoff device, on which sleeve (1) made of fabric is cut into measuring pieces along cut line (8). Tubular bodies (7) of bags open at both ends are formed. Operation of woven hose (1) cutting into measuring pieces takes place in transportation section in longitudinal direction, on which woven sleeve (1) and tubular bodies (7) of bags are transported in longitudinal direction relative to woven sleeve (1). At that, area (6), along which the fabric line passes, is heat treated at least on one open end of tubular body (7) of the bag, before this open end is closed. Device for implementation of the method includes units for unwinding the sleeve or for forming a sleeve for its supply to the cutoff device. It also includes a welding device for closing the bag.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using group of inventions is to automate production of bags, reduce production costs and loss of material during production.
