METHOD OF PURIFICATION AND REGENERATION OF WATER OF A SANITARY RUNOFF AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2220912 C1

FIELD: purification and regeneration of water of a sanitary runoff. SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used for purification and regeneration of water of a sanitary runoff. The incoming water is subjected to filtration with a partial removal of pollutions and settling with the following primary sedimentation, a step by step purification of water and its electrochemical treatment. The electrochemical treatment of water is conducted by action of a pulsing electric current on a water stream flow in a direction perpendicular to the water stream flow movement, which is directed in parallel to the surfaces of electrodes. The water stream flow passing through a body of each electrode is conducted in the zones with an increased density of current in the beginning and at the end of a cycle of the electrochemical treatment. At the outlet of the electrochemical reactor they form two independent and not linked to each other water stream-flows with different parameters of acidity and alkalinity, each of which is fed in the inner cavity of the corresponding elastic filter. At outlets of the filters the water stream-flows are combined to each other and neutralized. Final parallel or serial steps of the water purification from any accompanying impurities is executed using the sorption materials. The device has linked to each other in series the following members: a filtering device, a water collection basin with the input spiral filter, at least one sedimentation column, a container with two spiral filters, a module of the electrochemical treatment, two outlets of which are introduced into the inner cavities of the two corresponding elastic filters located in an inlet neutralization section of a bath of sedimentation. EFFECT: the invention allows to conduct an effective combined purification of water of sanitary tables and its regeneration for repeated usage. 22 cl, 9 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
