FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and medicine, particularly to histology and pathological anatomy. To prepare cell blocks of cervical exfoliative material and cervical canal, cell sediment is accumulated in centrifugation test tube by centrifugation of primary obtained sample. Gelatine solution is added to the obtained precipitate to form a clot. Then 10 % neutral buffered formalin solution is added to formed clot. Thereafter, the clot cell is transferred into a histological sac to be placed in a histological guide cassette, the material is wired, transferred into paraffin, a cell block is produced. Paraffin sections are prepared for histological and immunohistochemical staining to be enclosed under a slide and microscopic examination.
EFFECT: method enables producing samples of cervical exfoliative material and cervical canal, which improve the quality and reliability of diagnosis of cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer.
