FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, preparing of culinary and confectionery products with fillers, such as meat pockets, mutton pies, dumplings etc. SUBSTANCE: method involves rolling first dough sheet; placing first filler layer on sheet; rolling second dough sheet and placing it on first filler layer; placing at least one filler layer on second dough sheet and at least one layer of preliminarily rolled dough sheet; squeezing resultant dough product by means of drum equipped with protrusions and forming individual products.
