SUBSTANCE: claimed soup contains fish raw materials, vegetable components, vegetable oil, fish oil, salt, taste additives and flavorings, wherein fish raw materials are used either in form of rounds having size of 2-3 cm3 or in form of mince. As vegetable components soup contains dry and/or fresh grain and/or potatoes; and/or dry and/or fresh carrot; and/or dry and/or fresh onion.
EFFECT: foodstuff of high nutrient value and balanced qualitative and quantitative content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
