FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining and recording inferior face portion height under electromimiographic chewing muscles control after preparing oral cavity to setting prosthesis. Temporary dental prostheses are manufactured and multi-step correction of occlusion relations is carried out to achieve central occlusion condition. The achieved interjaw relations are reproduced in permanent dental prostheses. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
