FIELD: cleaning gases from dust; heat-power engineering; ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes introduction of gas to be cleaned into cyclone provided with upper axial exhaust branch pipe, cleaning of gas from duct under action of centrifugal forces at translational downward motion of revolving flow followed by turning of cleaned flow upward, delivery of flow of auxiliary humidified compressed gas into cyclone; solid coagulant is added to flow of compressed gas; loose chip-type wastes of wood-working process are used as solid coagulant at flow rate of compressed gas of 0.2-0.4 kg/qu m; size of particles of wastes ranges from 2 to 50 mm; compressed air is fed tangentially to upper part of cyclone in way of flow of gas to be cleaned. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning gases from dust. 1 dwg
