FIELD: heat power industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comes to tangentially delivering of dust-loaded gas flow and cleaning of gas from dust under action of centrifugal forces. Separation of dust from gas in zone of cleaned gas turning is provided by delivering compressed gas into zone. Compressed gas is delivered in form of jets directed at angle of 15-90 degrees to horizontal plane. Compressed gas consumption is equal to 0,5-10-2-10·10-2 m3/m3 of cleaned gas. Humidity of delivered compressed gas is 5-40 г/m3. EFFECT: enhanced quality of gas cleaning. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
