SUBSTANCE: invention describes new heterocyclic compounds of the general formula (I): wherein R means cyano- or nitro-group; R¹ means hydrogen, halogen atom, cyano-group, halogen-(lower)-alkyl, lower alkyl or R⁶-A-; R² and R³ mean independently hydrogen atom or lower alkyl group; R⁴ means hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, -C(O)-lower alkyl; R⁵ means lower alkyl, phenyl, (lower)-alkyl -O-, -C(O)-O-(lower)alkyl, phenyl, naphthtyl, furanyl, thienyl, pyridyl, pyrazinyl, thiazolyl, pyrimidinyl, isoxazolyl, quinolyl, benzofurazanyl, benzoimidazolyl, benzothiazolyl, tetrazolyl, tetrahydrofuranyl, morpholinyl, thiomorpholinyl or cycloalkyl that can be substituted; R⁶ means lower alkyl possibly substituted with group lower alkyl-O-, N(R⁸)R¹⁰ wherein R⁹ and R¹⁰ in common with nitrogen atom to which they are bound form morpholinyl; k = 1, 2, 3; n = 1; m = 1 or 0; p = 0, 1 or 2; A means oxygen atom or NR⁸ wherein R⁸ is hydrogen atom or lower alkyl; X means C(=O)- or -S(O)₂-; Z₁ and Z₂ mean independently CH or nitrogen atom; Y is a simple bond, lower alkylene, -C(=O)- under condition that when R⁵ is lower alkyl then Y means group other than lower alkylene; or their salts, pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof and intermediate compound.
