FIELD: building equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming well into soil; feeding electrically conducting hardening material into well; placing inventory electric supply having electrodes and connected to impulse electric discharge source into hole; generating high-voltage electrical charges wherein at least one high-voltage electric discharge is carried out with simultaneous feeding of antiknock water containing exothermal mixture in space between electrodes; combusting exothermal mixture by high-voltage explosion with gas, vapor and plasma emission, with pressure increase to 100 MPa and with air blast generation; removing electric supply from hole. Pressure growth and air blast creation result in hole widening, hole wall compaction and hardening material compression. EFFECT: increased soil and hardening material compaction efficiency, possibility of implementation for new buildings construction and for reconstruction or strengthening of existing buildings; extended field of application. 20 cl, 4 dwg
