FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geotechnical construction, specifically to the construction of underground structures such as a bored pile or a “wall in the ground”. The method for erecting bored surfaced piles includes drilling a well, installing a thermal heater on a tubular rod in the bottom hole, filling the well with a dry mixture of binder and inert materials, melting the mixture with heat from the surface of the thermal heater and gradually melting the pile from the bottom up with the resulting melt of a hardening concrete composition. The thermoplastic mixture is melted by the heat of hot air, which is supplied under pressure through a blow pipe from a thermogenerator located near the wellhead to the bottom. The molten mixture is compacted using a vibrating device attached to the lower end of the blow pipe, and the blow pipe is moved up along the axis of the well, achieving a uniform melt and compaction of the mixture along the entire length of the pile.
EFFECT: providing increased strength and density of the trunk material, ensuring implementation in a wide range of soil conditions using cheap local inert aggregates and industrial waste with low consumption of combustible materials.
