FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves allowing patient to do some physical work in moving his/her body weight to given altitude and back. The physical work power is calculated from formula W = 1,3Mnh(sinα+kcosα)/sinα, where M is the testee weight, h is the ascending altitude in meters, n is the ascending frequency per 1 min, 1.3 is coefficient value, k is the friction coefficient between materials of inclined plane surface and cloth and α is the angle made up by the inclined plane and horizontal floor surface. Physical loading power is controlled by varying inclined plane height and ascending frequency per time unit.
