FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining interrelation binding the volume and intensity of standard physical loading carried out by children at the age of 6-10 years on one side and changes in milk phosphatase activity level in post-loading state on the other side. Milk phosphatase activity level being increased by 0.33-0.45 conventional units when compared to the initial one, adequate (normal) response is considered to be the case as it is observed in practically healthy children. The increase in milk phosphatase activity level is marked to the less degree (less than 0.33) in children being weak and having some health state deviations. This case is evaluated as non-adequate response. Insignificant increase in milk phosphatase activity is observed in practically healthy children going in for sports that is considered to be the result of insufficiently powerful action of physical loading applied to organism. EFFECT: simplified method; reduced examination costs; usability as screening test in examining 6-10 years old children. 2 cl, 3 tbl
