FIELD: beneficiation of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: processing of bedrock and man-produced deposits of pyrophillite mineral materials such as pyrite-pyrophillite-quartz and pyrophillite-quartz ores includes preliminary dressing of starting material and subsequent separation of it by floatation in presence of floatation reagents with separation of concentrates by circuit of direct selective floatation of precious minerals with use of kerosene or straw oil as collector for floatation of pyrophillite at flow rate up to 2000 g/t of mineral starting material. Depending on proportion of mass share of pyrophillite, pyrite and quartz in mineral starting mineral there are carried out pyrite and pyrophillite or pyrophillite only cycles of floatation with extraction of quality pyrophillite and pyrite concentrates and quartz-containing product that can be utilized in industry, for example, in civil engineering.
