FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral dressing by flotation and may be applied to processing of sulphide polymetallic, copper-zinc, and lead-zinc ores. Method for flotation of polymetallic ores involves ore crushing, addition of modifiers, depressors, collector, and foaming agents followed by extraction of copper and lead sulphide minerals into foam product. For depression of zinc sulphide minerals, combination of sodium sulphide, zinc vitriol, and sodium pyrosulphite in ratio of (0.5÷1.5): (1÷3):0.5 is used. In addition, operation of copper-lead "head" flotation is conducted. Selective reagent based on dithiophosphinates is used as collector for copper and lead sulphide minerals. In cycle of copper-lead recleaning rubbing operation is employed.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of zinc minerals depression in copper-lead flotation cycle, and higher environmental safety of selection process for polymetallic ores.
