FIELD: transport engineering; electric cars. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric cars in which motor is built into wheel without reduction gear. To increase torque of such motor, stator winding with radial rods should have minimum end winding which is provided by winding with pitch of 2/3 of pole pitch. Stator has two-range winding with rods of like phases of stator winding of second range are displaced through half of pitch of rod of stator winding of first range. EFFECT: reduced losses caused by mmf spatial harmonics in gaps of electric motor, increased efficiency of motor. 4 dwg
