FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; technology of making micro-alloyed steels. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes melting metal in steel-making unit, delivery of material containing manganese oxides, material containing micro-alloying elements and reductant into jet of tapped metal simultaneously with beginning of tapping metal into ladle; yield of metal is 93-95%. Delivery of materials into jets of tapped metal is performed at angle of 30-60 deg. relative to axis of jet. Used as reductant is aluminum alloy and calcium chloride at ratio of 4:1. EFFECT: reduced contamination of steel with non-metallic inclusions; improved quality of steel. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
