FIELD: construction units. SUBSTANCE: window includes window casing, inner and outer cross-works, glass mounted on outer cross-work, resilient padding, glass packet filled with transparent liquid and assembled on inner cross-work by resilient padding, sound-proof material applied on window casing inner surface. Spiral grooves are formed on window case inner and outer cross-works. Transparent flexible hose is arranged in glass packet inner chamber. Divergent nozzles having spiral-like guides are connected to flexible hose lower end. Pulsar formed of curved bi-metal plates are connected to hose upper end. Opposing plate ends form right angle. Plates are freely put on axis. Hose upper end has cone part. EFFECT: enhanced sound-proofing. 5 dwg
