SUBSTANCE: there is proposed portable complex to test power characteristics which includes electric motor drive with pickups of force and height of lift of current collector which signals are entered into personal computer, compared with rated values, recorded on magnetic carrier with each arrival at locomotive shed and issued in the form of forecasts for servicing of rolling stock. EFFECT: provision for reliable, economic and ecological current collection with rise of train velocities, generation of data array for electronic certificate of rolling stock and forecasting of state of current collectors. 2 dwg
