FIELD: agriculture, in particular, disinfecting of in vitro grown plants.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing plants to be grown by in vitro method onto nutritive substrate and exposing to radiation by magnetic induction pulses with amplitude value of 0.05 T within frequency range of from 6.4 Hz to 12.8 Hz and number of pulses of from 1,280 to 2,560; simultaneously with treating plants by magnetic induction pulses, providing pulsed illumination of plants by means of infrared and gas discharge xenon emitters, with plant basal part being exposed to infrared radiation and apical part to radiation by means of gas discharge xenon emitter.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in sanitation from viruses of plants grown in cultural reservoirs.
