SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. Invention is the method, which includes induction of micro-runs directly from the apical undifferentiated tissue of the vegetative renal explant on an agarized medium, which contains the mineral base according to Murashige-Skuga and additionally contains 0.25-2.0 mg/l of BAP, 20-30 g/l of sucrose, 6 g/l of agar. Elongation and multiplication of the obtained micropags are carried out using a liquid nutrient medium of the same composition (excluding agar) by simultaneous unsystematic placement of the necessary number of micro bines in the vessel on the surface of the perforated area, which is fixed above the level of the liquid nutrient medium. Then, in the automatic mode, the cyclic alternation of exposure processes of micro bines in air with the humidity of 80-90% and their submersion into the liquid nutrient medium for 1-4 minutes 2-4 times a day by raising its level are carried out. In addition, the air is aerated inside the vessel for 2-6 minutes at regular intervals from 10 to 16 times per day during the 16-hour photoperiod.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the number of micro bines in one vessel by more than 60 times during 3-4 weeks and increase by 5 times the total amount for the year, to reduce the manifestation of chlorosis by 7 times, to increase by 2 2/10 times the number of lateral axillary bines, obtain 90% of viable micro bines.
