FIELD: secondary metals storage and utilization, particularly for metal drum deformation. SUBSTANCE: device has body with rotary means, two vertically arranged pressing plates, hydraulic system and booster jack. Pressing plates are located symmetrically relative body and equipped with holders mounted on back sides thereof. Each holder is pivotally connected with body through upper and lover drawbars which form articulated parallelogram. Each upper drawbar is made as double-arm lever. Booster jack one end is pivotally attached to lever free end, the other of booster jack is pivotally connected to device body. Pressing plates working surfaces have nibs arranged in different planes. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency, prevention of pressing plates sticking. 4 dwg
