SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sulfonamide-substituted annelated seven-membered compounds of the formula (I): wherein X(1) means -O- or -CH2-; X(2) and X(3) mean -CH2-; X(4) means -CH2- or -CHOH-; Y(1), Y(2), Y(3) and Y(4) mean independently of one another CR(12)-; R(12) mean independently of one another hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine atom, (C1-C5)-alkyl, CN, NO2, -Z-CmH2m-R(13) wherein Z means oxygen atom or CONR(14); R(14) means hydrogen atom or (C1-C3)- alkyl; m = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; R(13) means hydrogen atom or unsubstituted phenyl or phenyl substituted with methoxy-group; R(3) means R(17)-CxH2x wherein x = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; R(17) means hydrogen atom; or R(3) means unsubstituted phenyl or phenyl substituted with 1 or 2 substituents taken among group including fluorine, chlorine, bromine atom, (C1-C2)-alkyl or methoxy-group; R(4) means hydrogen atom or R(20)-CrH2r wherein r = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6; R(20) means hydrogen atom; R(5) means hydrogen atom in all their stereoisomeric forms and as mixtures in any ratios and their physiologically acceptable salts also. Compounds of the formula (I) show effect blocking K+-channel and can be used in pharmaceutical composition for preparing medicinal agent for treatment or prophylaxis of stomach and alimentary tract ulcers, reflux esophagitis and diseases associated with diarrhea.
