SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 2,5-substituted benzenesulfonylureas or -thioureas of the formula (I):
wherein X mean oxygen or sulfur atom; Y means -[CR(5)2]n-; R(1) means: 1) free or substituted phenyl; 2) naphthyl; 3) monocyclic heteroaryl with one ring heteroatom taken among the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen atom; 4) -S(O)m-phenyl; or 5) (C2-C5)-alkenyl or (C2-C5)-alkynyl. Compound of the formula (I) exhibit inhibitory effect on ATP-sensitive potassium channels and can be used, for example, in treatment of cardiovascular system disturbances. Invention relates also to a method for preparing compounds of the formula (I) and pharmaceutical preparations containing thereof.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
