FIELD: equipment to destroy blockings in sections of rivers. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for prevention of water floods arising with formation of blockings on river. Congestion is destroyed with gravitational waves excited by floating wave generator with frequency equal to its own frequency. Wave generator is positioned downstream of congestion on clear water, near its edge. Wave generator presents body of poorly streamlined form.
