SUBSTANCE: apparatus for enclosing of filler has cutting device mounted for moving in up and down directions to open and close cover members and for cutting food material formed as rod for forming of enclosed food product, and device for accommodating of food material. Cover members are opened in accordance with opening and closing motion pattern. Cutting device is movable in accordance with up and down motion pattern. Food material accommodating device is movable up and down in accordance with motion pattern. Cutting device, cover members and food material accommodating device are synchronized at each operating range of motion pattern for closing cover members, holding cover members in closed position, opening of cover members and holding cover members in open position.
