SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for rolling of food dough without slipping between food dough and rolling rolls and without reduction in food dough dimensions due to its twisting, device for method realisation, and also disk-shaped food dough produced with application of this method. Besides invention is related to disk-shaped food dough produced with application of this method and this device. Device used for method realisation comprises bucket, which may be relatively lifted upwards from table and lowered downwards to table; and rolling rolls of conical shape, which are installed with the possibility of rotation on bucket, at the same time rolls may rotate. In process of food dough rolling by rolls, rolling rolls are rotated so that speed of driving rotation of rolling rolls is higher than speed of their passive rotation due to planetary rotation of rolling rolls. Relative speed of rolling rolls lowering to food dough is controlled so that it gradually decreases from initial value.

EFFECT: new method and device are proposed for rolling of food dough as well as disk-shaped dough produced by this method.
