FIELD: pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing rifampicin solution along with phospholipids in organic solvent. Then solvent is removed up to preparing thin film that is dispersed in an aqueous medium up to preparing suspension of multilamellar vesicles containing rifampicin. Prepared suspension is homogenized under high pressure or by extruding through filter under pressure up to preparing liposomes with size 0.1-0.5 mcm. As phospholipids a mixture is used that comprises, wt.-%: phospharidylcholine, 70-80; mixture of any other egg yolk, and/or soybean, and/or cattle lipids, the balance. Rifampicin solution along with phospholipids is prepared in the ratio rifampicin : phospholipids = 1 : (3-15). As an organic solvent ethanol is used mainly; as an aqueous medium isotonic sterile NaCl solution is used. Solvent is removed by drying in vacuum at 30-50 C. Homogenization is carried out under pressure (5.6 x 107) (6.1 x 107) Pa. Nuclear filter is used for filtration. Invention provides the enhancement of product activity.
