FIELD: preparation and homogenization of dispersed systems by means of hydrodynamic cavitation; preparation of emulsions at preset concentration of components; power engineering; chemical and oil-producing industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing components in hydrodynamic disperser connected in series. Frequency range of first disperser is 0.5-15 kHz and that of second disperser is 15-365 kHz. Each disperser has housing, nozzle and cantilever-type resonance plate. Nozzle outlet hole is made in form of slit and rear wall of housing is made in form of concave curvilinear surface.
