FIELD: tire industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for repair of local damages of pneumatic tires of different vehicles. Proposed vulcanizer contains pneumatic drive connected with compressed air main line and with atmosphere through electropneumatic valves connected to control device. Vulcanizer is provided with pressing diaphragms secured on clamps-heaters and connected to electropneumatic valve. Said electropneumatic control valve is connected to compressed air amin line and to atmosphere and to control device. Vulcanizer pneumatic control system contains pressure transmitter connected to both compressed air main lines delivering compressed air into both spaces of pneumatic drive and simultaneously to control device. Pressure transmitter is designed to regulated air pressure in at least one space of pneumatic drive according to preset cyclogram of fastening of blank on vulcanizer and process of curing. Control device regulates pressure in pneumatic drive according to preset program. EFFECT: provision of safety in operation, and minimum preliminary forces of clamping of blank. 2 cl, 3 dwg
