FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has auxiliary belt conveyor of variable length arranged in charging zone and adapted for introducing of small-sized burden materials or slag-forming substances, automatically adjusting flanged charging cart connected with auxiliary conveyor, burden material receiving conveyor with device adapted for maintaining uniform height of scrap layer and connected to automatically adjusting charging cart, dynamic gas gate connected to burden material conveyor and to heater, which is connected to burden conveyor for heating said burden material on burden material conveyor, connecting cart for feeding burden material into furnace bath, which is interchangeably connected to heater and to burden material conveyor, electric arc furnace for melting and refining of metal burden in bath, intermediate direct feeding metallurgical vessel for receiving of melted metal delivered from furnace, and continuous pouring unit for receiving of refined alloy steel from intermediate metallurgical vessel. Metal is discharged from furnace immediately into intermediate metallurgical vessel, so it does not require employment of pouring ladles and, accordingly, pouring ladle control equipment. EFFECT: provision for perfectly continuous feeding of liquid electric steel into continuous pouring unit, reduced dust release without additional power consumption, reduced consumption of electrodes and labor intensity, simplified repair and maintenance of equipment. 27 cl, 20 dwg
