FIELD: fixed union detachable joints for pipe lines of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed connecting unit has tubular body, connecting ring, circular sealing chamber, sealing member and retainer for locking connecting ring relative to tubular body in longitudinal direction. Circular sealing chamber is fully located in tubular body. Sealing member is made in form of circular seal made from elastic material and circular protector made from plastic easily deformable material which are engageable. Connecting ring is engageable with tubular body and circular protector over taper sealing surfaces. Surfaces of circular sealing chamber have rectilinear sections cross section whose engagement forms buffer zones filled with deformable body of circular seal engageable with circular seal and circular protector. Volume of circular sealing chamber is equal to sum of volumes of circular seal and circular protector and is constant. Circular protector has thinned zones. Tubular body is provided with cylindrical and taper projections for positioning of connecting ring; connecting ring has mating cavities for positioning of tubular body. Tubular body is provided with slot and connecting ring is provided with mating projection; tubular body is also provided with connecting ring retainer travel limiter and spring washer also limiting travel of retainer.
