SUBSTANCE: system comprises main container with hydrocarbon solvent for dissolved gas holding, while hydrocarbon solvent forms liquid and gaseous phases. System has composition control means for maintenance of predetermined phase ratio. Control means provides simultaneous extraction of liquid and gaseous phases from container, mixing and discharge thereof with maintenance of predetermined phase ratio. In the other embodiment system has main container for dimethyl ether, which dissolves and accumulates gas. In the other embodiment system comprises information means for determination of compound composition and transmission means for result transmission to supply system. System may has container for residue hydrocarbon solvent, detection means for phases ratio determination in residue hydrocarbon and control means which controls phases ratio during container filling by hydrocarbon for storing thereof. System may have temporary filled container for solvent temporary storing located by control means, which controls passage between main container and temporary filled container.
