FIELD: salvaging of armaments, in particular, methods for unloading of ammunitions, whose destructive force is ensured by explosive charges. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in burning out of the explosive charge from the vertically installed metal envelope of the ammunition by initiation of laminar burning of the explosive on the side of its upper free surface under the action on this surface of an incendiary body heated to a high temperature. The incendiary body is made of a gasless heat-inertia heat composition located in the ammunition in contact with the entire free surface of the explosive, and the incendiary body is ignited. EFFECT: enhanced capacity, reduced power consumption and enhanced reliability of burning out. 7 cl, 2 dwg
